As a Training Designer for a significant Sporting Goods chain with over 500 stores, my goal is to make sure that our employees can grasp the required course content. I use art direction to keep the employee captivated. In this Project, the company regularly struggled with successful scam calls to multiple stores. The Course was a ten-minute video with a police investigation theme. I had creative control to make a story to help the Managers understand scammers' techniques to extract money from stores. This training help bring down the number of successful scam calls by 93%.
